Slinger Super Speedway changes Date for The Miller Lite Twin 75’s!

April 14, 2004; Slinger, WI - Slinger Super Speedway Opener has been changed due to unforeseen conditions along with the construction process to improve the Speedway. The Speedway will begin the 2004-racing season with the annual Miller Twin 75’s Spring Opener on Sunday April 25. The event will include competition in the Late Model and Midwest Sportsman divisions. The track’s annual practice day, featuring representatives from all seven divisions of speedway competition, will be held Saturday, April 24th with free grandstand admission for fans from Noon until 4:00p.m.

Tickets for the 2004 Miller Lite Twin 75’s Opener are on sale now at the speedway office and at Pioneer Plaza in Richfield. Adult tickets are available for $14 in advance and $16 on the day of the event. Student tickets for ages 10-15 will be $8 and children ages 9 and under will receive free admission when accompanied by an adult. Gates for the afternoon’s event open at 12 noon and the time trials will be held at 1:00pm with racing at 2:00pm. For advanced ticket information contact the track box office at 262.644.5921.

Mid State Equipment Rental Regular Season Opener will kick off season-long, Sunday night tradition on May 2, at Slinger Super Speedway. Nightly competition during the regular season schedule includes an event lineup of the Late Model, Midwest Modified, Midwest Sportsman, Figure 8, Slinger Bees, Spectator Eliminators, Port A John Speedway Guest Cars and the new Thunder Stock division. Slinger Super Speedway’s schedule runs from April 25th through September 19th. Advertising and sponsorship opportunities with the speedway still exist for the 2004 season.
