April 14, 2005; Slinger, WI - Slinger Super Speedway welcomes new Sponsors for the 05 season as it sets dates for upcoming events at the ¼ paved mile oval.

The 2005 season will open this weekend with practice day on Saturday April 23rd and the Miller Lite Twin 75’s Season Opener on Sunday, April 24th.

The 26th Annual Slinger Nationals will be held on Tuesday July 12th with the rain date set for Wednesday May 13th.  Check the track web site at slingersuperspeedway.com for more information as the event draws nearer.

The Slinger’s PR department has a new addition; we would like to welcome Todd Thelen as the New Public Relations Director for the Slinger Super Speedway. Todd will be handling all Sponsors for the 2005 season, and will be in contact with past and current accounts as the season draws nearer.

Todd had much experience in the racing field and will be a great asset to the speedway and all of the existing and new sponsors.
