Weather Takes Out Alan Kulwicki Memorial Event, Race Rescheduled!

May 23, 2004; Slinger, WI -  Due to threatening weather in the area, May 23rd, activities at Slinger Super Speedway are cancelled. The Bob Fish Pontiac, Buick, GMC Alan Kulwicki Memorial is rescheduled for Sunday night, August 22nd.

E.H. Wolf and Participating BP/Amoco Retailers present the Memorial Day Weekend Special at The Slinger Super Speedway!

Slinger, WI (Spl.) – This Sunday night, long-time track sponsor E.H. Wolf & Sons partners up with participating BP/Amoco locations to present the Memorial Day Special. The night will feature an 80-lap Late Model feature and a full night of racing in all divisions including the Eldorado Trailer Sales Midwest Modifieds, Midwest Sportsman, the New Thunderstocks, Slinger Bees, Figure 8’s, Port A John Speedway Guest Cars and the Spectator Eliminators.

Discount coupons for the night’s event are available at participating Amoco retailers across Wisconsin, including Country Mart in Richfield, Don’s UniMart in Slinger, Delafield Convenience in Delafield, Landry’s Brookfield BP in Brookfield, Rapid Mart in Hartford, Romies Amoco in Allenton, Schaefer’s Amoco in Slinger, Village Mart in Jackson, Westside Mart in Hartford, Wild Goose Station in Juneau, Willow Creek in Germantown. Coupons are good for a dollar off gate admission the Memorial Day Sunday night special.

The Slinger Super Speedway Sunday night racing action runs through September 19, 2004. The 25th Annual Miller Lite Nationals set for July 13 is to include NASCAR Champion Matt Kenseth, Scott Wimmer, Johnny Sauter and many more to be announced. Advance tickets may be obtained by calling the track office.
