Bob Fish Pontiac, Buick, GMC Presents The Alan Kulwicki Memorial This Sunday at the Slinger Super Speedway!!

May 13, 2002; Slinger, WI -  his Sunday Night May 19th Bob Fish Pontiac/ Buick/GMC presents the tenth annual Alan Kulwicki Memorial at the Slinger Super Speedway.

Twin 50 lap late model features, plus a full night of racing in all seven divisions will highlight the night.

The prestigious event is held in honor of the 1992 NASCAR Winston Cup Champion Alan Kulwicki who won the Slinger track championship in 1977 and 1978 and was recently inducted into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. This race has traditionally drawn many of the top late model drivers in the Midwest. Past winners have included six-time track champion Conrad Morgan, Cindy Peterson, Eric Fransen, Charlie Thon Jr. and current NASCAR Winston Cup Driver Matt Kenseth.

Kids 11 and under will also be invited to participate in the “Dash for Cash” as 5000 nickels will be spread on the front stretch during intermission.

Fans can also call the track for details to reserve the ever so popular Speedway Guest cars to race on the world’s fastest ¼ mile oval against there friends.
