Miller Headline at Slinger Speedway Opener!

April 9, 2000; Slinger, WI - The
Miller Genuine Draft Twin 75’s Spring Opener on April 30th will start the
2000 season with Scott Hansen and Butch Miller along with the Midwest’s Best on
Sunday afternoon. Other top drivers to challenge include six time track champion, Conrad
Morgan, Brad “JJ” Mueller,
The
Miller Genuine Draft Twin 75’s, a pair of 75
lap feature Events for the Super Late Models, will highlight the racing action on April
30th. In addition to the Super Late Model action, The Midwest Modifies Series and The
Slinger Stingers will compete.
Spectator Gates and Race Day ticket
sales are scheduled to open at 12:00 Noon on Sunday April 30th. The time trials
for all three divisions will get underway at 1:00 PM, with the racing action scheduled for
2:00 PM.
Advanced Adult tickets are now on sale
at the Track Box Office, and also at Pioneer Plaza, Highway’s 41 & 45, in
Richfield. Adults can save $2.00 if they purchase their general admission tickets on or
before Saturday April 29th. Kids under 10, attending the Spring Opener, will be
admitted FREE when accompanied by an adult. Advance sale Adult Tickets may also be charged

Come out on Saturday April 29th
as Slinger Super Speedway hosts it’s Annual Practice day from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM.
See the drivers as they test and tune for the opener, pick the drivers who you think will
take the checkered flags on Sunday. See first hand who will be the seasons leading
competitors and rookies. Grandstand admission for spectators is Free on Saturday. The pit
area will open at 10:30 AM, with inspection and practice sessions set to begin at 12:00
Noon. Competitors and fans entering the pit area will be charged an admission fee.
