Inclement weather cancels races at Slinger Speedway!

June 4, 2000; Slinger, WI - Round 1 of the Mobil / Coca Cola Triple Crown Classic that was scheduled for Sunday night, June 4th, at the Slinger Super Speedway was canceled due to the constant rainy weather. No make up date has been set yet, look for the rescheduled date to be announced latter in the week.

Jasper Engines and Transmissions 65 this Sunday at Slinger Super Speedway!

Special; Slinger, WI - This Sunday night, June 11th, Jasper Engines and Transmissions presents the Jasper Engines 65 at the Slinger Super Speedway.

The evening, will be highlighted by a 65 lap late model feature along with the Midwest Modifieds, Slinger Stinger Street Stocks, Figure 8's, Speedway guest cars, Team Cruisers division, and Spectator races on the Worlds fastest 1/4 mile oval.

Robert Pressley’s Jasper Engines Winston cup car will be on display for fans to get an up close look at the car Pressly drives in the NASCAR circuit, and it will make some laps around the Slinger Oval.

The night will also include give-a-ways compliments of Jasper Engines and Transmissions, plus the first 300 children twelve and under will receive FREE T-Shirts from Slinger Super Speedway. Fans should hold onto their ticket stubs after entering the track, to be eligible for the special give-a-ways through out the evening and the season including a T.V., Trip to Las Vegas, and a 2000 GMC Truck that will be drawn latter in the season.

Spectator gates for the Jasper Engines 65 open at 4:45 p.m. with time trials at 5:15 p.m. and racing set to begin at 7 p.m.

Spectators can race on the Worlds fastest 1/4 mile high banked oval with one of our cars that we provide for you, for more information on the Suburban Motors Speedway Guest Cars and any event at the track, stop in at the Slinger Speedway Track Office during normal business hours or call Donna at (262) 644-5921. Gordie Boucher Ford presents The Rusty Wallace Special Tuesday June 13th at Slinger Super Speedway!

Special; Slinger, WI - On TUESDAY NIGHT, June 13th, Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend presents the Rusty Wallace Special at the Slinger Super Speedway.

The evening, will be highlighted by a 75 lap late model feature along with the Midwest Modifieds, Slinger Stinger Street Stocks, Figure 8's, Speedway guest cars, and Team Cruisers divisions which is a points night for the drivers.

NASCAR Winston cup star Rusty Wallace will be at the track and Slinger Speedway Season Pass holders will be able to watch the races with Wallace in the new VIP Pavilion.

Wallace, the 1989 NASCAR Winston Cup Champion, is currently in the top ten in the Winston Cup points standings and recently scored his 50th career Winston Cup victory at Bristol earlier this year.

Fans will get an up close look at the Miller Lite #2 Ford Taurus Winston Cup car of Rusty Wallace on display at the track. Wallace’s car will also be at Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend on Monday June 12th and part of the day on Tuesday in there main showroom.

Fans in attendance also will be entered into the season long give-a-ways where a new truck, T.V., and a Trip to Vegas, will be awarded later in the season.
