September 19, 1999; Slinger, WI -  The Pioneer Plaza Race of Champions / Season Championships were rained out even though the officials tried to get the final night event in. Despite the numerous efforts to dry the track the rains persisted resulting in the final race night of the millennium being forced into a premature ending.

The Pioneer Plaza Race of Champions / Season Championships marked the end of the regular season at the Slinger Super Speedway and Champions were crowned in all divisions. Conrad Morgan easily won the Late Model title, while Dennis Prunty (Allenton) was crowned the Midwest Modified champion and Dan Miller (Sussex) took the Slinger Stinger Championship. The Figure 8 championship was won by Mark Ritger of (St. Cloud).

The completed racing action included Race McComb (Jackson) winning the Late Model 30 lap semi feature and earning a transfer spot to the 60 lap feature along with second place finisher John Mueller (Markesan). McComb jumped to and early lead and was never challenged as Mueller took second place and Charlie Thon Jr. (Germantown) finished third. Jerry Eckhardt (Johnson Creek) and Dave Teske (Menomonee Falls) rounded out the top five.

Florian Wisinski (Greenfield) won the thirty lap Midwest Modified Feature event. Wisinski started in the fifth row and worked his way up to second by lap seven as a caution fell. On the restart Wisinski passed Mike Held for the lead and was able to out run Brian Holtz (Franklin) and Dennis Prunty (Allenton) for the win.

Following the Midwest Modified feature the rains came down during the 60 lap late model feature. The race was called after 14 laps and the remainder of the program as well as the regular season was cancelled.
